Edit TQSL Station Location2025年03月02日 23時35分30秒

Suppose you have uploaded data to LoTW, but the other party has requested that you re-upload the data with the Grid and IOTA information added since they are missing.

Here is how to edit the data.

Uploading to LoTW is done using TQSL, so start TQSL first.

Next, edit the station location.

Click here to see a list of stations registered with TQSL.

Here is my example.

For example, let's edit Mitaka in JP1LRT/1.

Please understand that this is the location of the station whose call sign you want to edit, and then do the same thing.

Select Mitaka and click Edit Station Location on the right.

The next screen will then appear.

If the grid square and IOTA information are blank, enter the grid and IOTA information there.

Then click Next. The next screen will then appear.

In this case, I have edited the information for Mitaka, so I select Mitaka. This is an example, so choose the station information you wish to edit.

Then click Finish.
You will then return to this screen.

If you select the edited Mitaka and click on Edit Station Location again, you will see that if you added information earlier, it has been reflected.

Click to proceed.

After confirming that the information is reflected, click Cancel to return.

Next, proceed to the log upload operation.

You are now back at the first screen.

From the logging software, output the ADIF file of the station you want to upload.

For example, suppose you receive a request from station AB1CD and want to output the QSO data with that station as an ADIF file. For example, output a file named AB1CD.adi.

Upload it.

To upload the file with JP1LRT/1 Mitaka that you just edited, first click on [Sign log and upload automatically to LoTW]. Clicking on the button will take you to a screen where you can select a file.

The screen is in Japanese, but select the desired file and click Open to proceed.

Then the location selection screen will appear, select the desired location and click OK.

The next screen will then appear.

Once you have confirmed that you are at the desired station location, press OK to proceed.

If you proceed, the data upload will be complete.

That is all.
