With the start of the 6m multi-hop-Es season, I'm getting signals from familiar faces overseas.
As a my rule, I don't call stations that I have already made a QSO with, so-called B4. This is because I don't want to take away chances who are new to them.
However, there are some people who like to show off their equipment by making a "Greeting QSO" every year.
They want to check that their signal is reaching. ・・・・

Well, I guess that's normal.
Some people make the excuse that they "Collecting the grid locator for that year every year."

But as far as I know, they have never submitted the log. In the end, I guess they just want to get in the way of others.
It is okay to call to let people know that conditions are open when no one is calling. It can be as many times as you want. I just don't do it because it's pointless with my poor equipment.

Katsuさん、コメントありがとうございました。 年間DXCC、あれはなんだかなぁ・・・と私も感じておりました。アクティビティーを上げる手段は是非他の方法にしてもらいたいですね。

年間DXCCを主催しているどこかの出版社にも読ませてやりたいですね。ニューカマーはいつも潰されてエンティティが増えません。
無線のアクティビティには貢献しているかもしれませんが方法を一考してもらいたいです。
